The Don’t Waste Your Life Tour was represented by an astounding, multi-award nominated group of rap artists in love with Jesus Christ. Dove Award nominee Lecrae, GRAMMY Award nominee FLAME, Stellar Award nominee Trip Lee, Sho Baraka, and Tedashii visited over 25 cities throughout the country, and finished the tour off at Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta Georgia.

DWYL Tour performed in New York, Miami, Minneapolis, Detroit, and more to sold out crowds who were “sold out” for Christ. They also made appearances at Creation Fest East and West and blessed over 30,000 people with their lyrical gifts and love for God.

The inspiration behind this tour was a book entitled “Don’t Waste Your Life” written by John Piper. Through Piper’s Desiring God Ministries and Reach Records, the DWYL message was transformed through ministry and music.

Relocating the Reach Records and ReachLife Headquarters from Memphis to Atlanta, the final tour stop also celebrates the partnership of newly formed Blueprint Church with the leading Christian Rap label, Reach Records.

Seattle is known for one thing nation wide, rain. But on July 24, the only rain that was found was the reign of Jesus Christ. Lecrae, Tedashi, Sho Baraka, Trip Lee, and Flame made it known they were not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Rapping to a sold out crowd in Downtown Seattle at Mars Hill Church, the glory of God was made known directly to all who were present, and indirectly to all who were surrounding this church. The annoynting was strong and signs and wonders were realities. DWYL touched many lives forever. Below are a few videos from this glorious night. Check them out!

The Lawn-covered veranda of Gorge Amphitheater is the number one place for concert aficionados in the Pacific Northwest. With a massive 19,500 seat venue and ideal weather more than 310 days a year, this is an ideal location for major artists worldwide. It has been voted as the nation’s best outdoor concert over the last three years by Pollstar magazine.

Lecrae, Tedashii, Trip Lee, and the rest of 116 Clique blessed the crowed with their remarkable rhymes and their bangin beats. Performing the crowd favorites Don’t Waste Your Life, Go Hard, and Send Me, Lecrae and crew portrayed themselves as blessings from God and humbled by His sanction on their lives. Matthew 22:14 stays “for many are called, but few are chosen.” This means God calls everyone and gives them the power to respond—but to be chosen, we must respond to the call, using the power God gave us for that purpose. These guys have definitely been chosen. If you were there, I know you were blessed.

San Bernardion showed DWYL just why they went on this tour.  Lecrae set the tone with his top hits including Got Paper, Send Me, and Go Hard with Tedahsii. The more this group of God sent believers blesses this country with their amazing lyrics and baffling beats, the more God can portray His will on this world.

Matthew 18:20 in the Amplified states “For wherever two or three are gathered (drawn together as My followers) in (into) My name, there I AM in the midst of them.” Well there were more than two or three at San Bernardion on July 16th, and as the scriptures states, God was in the midst and He is the hero we all should be desiring.

On July 12, the DWYL tour put on a performance for the fans in Odessa, TX. The show was free to enjoy, but donations were encouraged to help with the cost of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Bryan C Bailey starts church off on the right foot with a prayer (see video).

The crowd here was young, which means they are the next generation to proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord of ALL! The guys did a great job once again and blessed all who were witness to the show.

Once again, DWYL tour has represented God in a powerful way! Lecrae and the boyz were spreading the Gospel to a packed house in San Antonio Texas. The thing that I love about Lecrae as shown in this video is that the words that are in his rhymes have such tremendous meaning and power behind them, that its more than just lyrically sounding clean and neat, it’s God’s word through him that he clearly states. Thank God for sending DWYL tour across the country!

Reach records took DWYL tour 2009 to Miracle Place Curch in Baton Rouge on June 28th. A shout out to Abandon Productionsis deserved for their efforts in promoting this opportunity to go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15).

Once again, Lecrae, Trip Lee, Tedashii, Sho Baraka, and Flame put on an amazing show. Their God given talents and abilities touched many lives and showed why we don’t have to be ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ (Romans 1:16).

Wow, what a show! At Creation Fest East 2009,  Lecrae, Tedashii, Flame, Trip Lee, and Sho Baraka showed the great state of Pensylvania why God has led them into this industry. Rappin to a packed house at Creation Fest East in Mount Union, PA, DWYL tour brought it, and brought it hard!

The ninth stop for Reach Records and the DWYL tour made its mark at the USF Student Union yesterday. The response from the crowd was all positive as Lecrae, Tedashi and the rest of the crew showed us all that we don’t need liquor or drugs to have a great time! The DWYL Tour hit Christ Tabernacle’s Aftershock and left a mark never to be forgotten. Many who attended this concert were given a new spiritual outlook on what life is all about. Its not about how big your house is or how good you look; All that matters is that Jesus is in your heart.
