Thi’sl returns with a fan-requested Christmas song, “The Greatest Gift Ever,” on iTunes 11-29-11, following his earlier 2011 full-length hit album, “Beautiful Monster.” Best known for delivering The Gospel over hard-hitting, bass heavy trap music like “I Signed Up to Die” and “I Hate You”, Thi’sl steps outside of his typical sound with this single. Instead, he delivers the same characteristic heartfelt message laced with smooth holiday instrumentation. “The Greatest Gift Ever,” features production and co-writing from one of Christian hip-hop’s leading producers, Skrip, while the smooth vocals of High Society’s J.R. add color and depth to an already stunning track.
